How do I start with PartnerDesk?
Sign up free — you land directly in sandbox mode and can create campaigns, branding and templates. Go live with one click and a plan.
What is sandbox mode?
A full test environment without live tracking. Try everything without settling real transactions — unlimited and free.
Billing & tax
Are the credit notes compliant?
Yes. PartnerDesk generates credit notes per §14 VAT including per-transaction proof, anonymised references and small-business handling per §19.
How do I pay partners?
By SEPA XML batch transfer (pain.001) or optionally via Stripe Connect auto-payout. Both from a single click.
Integrations
Which payment providers are supported?
Stripe and Digistore24 are fully integrated, more (CopeCart, Ablefy, Elopage, EasyBill, Lexoffice) are prepared. All webhooks are signature-validated.
Is there an API?
Yes, from the Pro plan: public API with API keys, rate limiting and outgoing HMAC webhooks.
