Der User sieht den Status sowieso im Admin-Portal.\n\n## Anti-Spam\n\n- **Max. 1 Mail pro Trigger und Tenant pro 24 h** (über Idempotenz-Hashes).\n- Bei mehreren Status-Wechseln in kurzer Zeit (z. B. `past_due → unpaid → active` innerhalb Stunden) wird nur die finale relevante Mail gesendet.\n\n## Sprache\n\nLifecycle-Mails nutzen die `Tenant.defaultLocale` für Tenant-Mails, `Partner.language` für Partner-Mails.\n\n## Customization\n\nTenant-Owner kann den Inhalt der Lifecycle-Mails **nicht** anpassen — sie sind System-Mails. Aber:\n\n- Logo und Brand-Color kommen aus dem Tenant-Branding.\n- From-Address aus den Email-Settings.\n- Footer aus dem 3-Mode-Pattern.\n\nFür **anpassbare Mails** nutzen Sie das Notification-System (siehe **[70](70-notifications.md)**) mit Template-Editor.\n\n## Superadmin-Broadcast\n\nPlattform-Owner kann zusätzlich plattformweite Mails an alle Tenant-Owner senden (z. B.
