Dieses Kapitel beschreibt den Trial-Mechanismus und alle Subscription-Status-Übergänge.\n\n## 14-Tage-Trial\n\nJeder neue Tenant startet mit 14 Tagen Trial — **ohne Kreditkarten-Eingabe**. Sie haben Zeit, alles in Ruhe zu testen.\n\n### Trial-Verlauf\n\n| Tag | Was passiert |\n|-----|--------------|\n| Tag 1 | Tenant wird angelegt, Status `trialing`. Welcome-Mail. |\n| Tag 1–14 | Volle Funktionsfähigkeit. Sie konfigurieren Branding, Partner, Provider. |\n| Tag 11 | **Reminder-Mail**: „Trial endet in 3 Tagen — bitte Zahlungsmethode hinterlegen\". |\n| Tag 14 | **Trial-Ende**: Wenn Zahlungsmethode hinterlegt → Wechsel auf `active`. Sonst → `incomplete`. |\n\n## Subscription-Status\n\n| Status | Bedeutung | Sales-Verarbeitung |\n|--------|-----------|---------------------|\n| `trialing` | Trial läuft | ✅ |\n| `active` | Aktive Subscription | ✅ |\n| `past_due` | Letzte Abbuchung fehlgeschlagen — Stripe versucht erneut | ✅ (Karenzfrist ~7 Tage) |\n| `unpaid` | Endgültig nicht bezahlt nach Smart-Retry | ❌ — neue Webhooks werden abgelehnt |\n| `canceled` | Sie haben gekündigt — Zugang bleibt bis Periodenende | ✅ bis Periodenende |\n| `incomplete` | Setup nicht abgeschlossen (z. B. 3-DS-Confirmation fehlt) | ❌ |\n\n## Status-Übergänge\n\n### `trialing → active`\n\nBei Trial-Ende mit hinterlegter Zahlungsmethode. Auto-Charge fließt, Status wechselt. **Keine Mail** (positiv, kein User-Stress).\n\n### `trialing → incomplete`\n\nTrial endet ohne Karte. Funktional gesperrt, aber Login bleibt möglich (zum Nachreichen der Karte).\n\n### `active → past_due`\n\nKarte abgelaufen oder Bank lehnt ab. Stripe versucht **7 Tage Smart-Retry**. Mail an Owner: „Bitte Zahlungsmethode aktualisieren\".\n\n### `past_due → active`\n\nKarte wurde erneuert + Smart-Retry erfolgreich. **Recovery-Mail**: „Vielen Dank, die Zahlung war erfolgreich\".\n\n### `past_due → unpaid`\n\nSmart-Retry erschöpft. Mail: „Subscription pausiert\".\n\n### `active → canceled`\n\nSie kündigen im Customer-Portal. **Bestätigungs-Mail**: „Subscription gekündigt — Zugang bleibt bis Periodenende, Daten 30 Tage\".\n\n## Manuelle Sync\n\nFalls Sie vermuten, dass der Status veraltet ist:\n\nAdmin → **„Abrechnung\"** → **„Status aktualisieren\"** → triggert `StripeBillingService.syncSubscription()`. Holt sofort aktuellen Stand aus Stripe.\n\n## Eigenbetrieb (ohne Stripe-Billing)\n\nWenn Sie PartnerDesk **selbst hosten** (on-premise), brauchen Sie kein Stripe-Billing:\n\n- `STRIPE_*`-Env-Variablen leer lassen.\n- `StripeBillingService` ist no-op.\n- Status-Logik wird nicht aktiv.\n- Tenant ist permanent `active` ohne Abrechnung.\n\n## Was beim Status-Change passiert\n\n| Übergang | Aktion |\n|----------|--------|\n| Status-Change | Webhook-Event von Stripe trifft ein |\n| | PartnerDesk syncert lokale Felder |\n| | `SubscriptionStatusChangedEvent` wird ausgelöst |\n| | `TenantLifecycleSubscriber` entscheidet, ob Mail nötig |\n| | Audit-Log-Eintrag |\n\n## Limits-Erzwingung\n\nAktuell sind die Plan-Limits (TX\u002FMonat, Partner-Anzahl) **informativ** — das System verarbeitet auch bei Überschreitung weiter.
